چکیده مقاله
The main focus of this paper is to design “A sub 3mW 180nm CMOS tunable cascode commonsource LNA with single ended input and single ended output” for radio frequency applications such as4G/LTE transceivers using 180nm TSMC 18RF CMOS technological process In modern RF electronics,we rarely design an LNA separately; rather, we view and design the RF chain as one entity, performingmuch iteration among the stages 1 The 33rd frequency band of 4G/LTE has been selected for this paperthat is containing frequency bandwidth of 1900 1920 MHz CS stage with inductive degeneration thatemploys active devices to provide a 50Ω input resistance without the noise of a 50Ω resistor has beenused The simulation results achieved minimum noise figure NFmin of 1 62 dB and voltage gain of19 48dB The simulated input referred third order intercept point IIP3 and 1 dB compression point P1dB are found to be 5 9 dBm and 10 5 dBm respectively With a power supply of 1 8V, thediscussed topology consumes 2 7mW only
