چکیده مقاله
The focus of the present research is reviewing and comparing some different Current Mode Signaling CMS schemes for global VLSI interconnects CMS is one of the most promising schemes for high speed low power communication over long on chip Global interconnects The current mode system has less propagation delay and power consumption regard to Voltage Mode VM one In this paper, propagation delay models are illustrated for some CMS methods Moreover; some closed form models for delay and power dissipation of current mode interconnect in VLSI circuits are described The preference of these CMS schemes and modeling types depends on our application
