چکیده مقاله
This paper presents design of LNA by Modulated Derivative Superposition MDS method in 5 2GHz Optimization & trade offs between parasitic parameters was performed In this design 0 18μm TMSC technology was utilized The design was performed with ultra low voltage of 0 8v to reduce power consumption around 10 32mw & optimized for S11= 100 274dB, S21= 18dB & NF=0 9dB
