Sustainable development in Iranian agriculture is impossible without the use of advanced technologies and renewable energy, especially in the country's arid and semi arid climate, where secure water supply for deep wells is a vital necessity In this context, a hybrid solar water pumping system based on a parabolic dish and Organic Rankine Cycle ORC has emerged as an innovative solution that, beyond improving energy efficiency, also reduces power grid imbalances and strengthens water security in agriculture This article introduces this system and assesses its capacity to supply irrigation water from 150 meter depths, evaluating the technology's impact on water, energy, environment, and related infrastructure development A comprehensive review of national and international research is conducted, relying on numerical data to analyze the feasibility, economic environmental advantages of the system Results show that this technology not only sharply reduces greenhouse gas emissions and optimizes energy consumption, but also significantly contributes to sustainable agricultural development and rural infrastructure stability through improved water management Finally, policy recommendations are proposed to reinforce supportive frameworks for clean energy and better water resource management
