چکیده مقاله
various neuromuscular injuries can cause motor and sensory disorders in patients, which negatively impact their daily life and social activities Treatments and surgery typically cannot guarantee sustained functional improvement and sometimes lead to neuron atrophy and decreased neuronal regeneration Studies have demonstrated that electrical stimulation can increase axonal growth during nerve repair and accelerate sensory motor recovery Percutaneous electrical stimulation, or functional electrical stimulation, can play an effective role in the rehabilitation of neuromuscular injuries by promoting neuromuscular regeneration and reducing muscle atrophy These methods also increase the expression of protective proteins and neurotropic factors Compared to medical and physical treatments, electrical stimulation is relatively safe and low risk This paper examines the types of electrical stimulation methods that are effective in the rehabilitation of peripheral nerve injuries While introducing the basic principles and latest technologies of electrical stimulation, the most appropriate parameters for the treatment of neuromuscular pain are identified Finally, by comparing the methods, the best electrical stimulation strategy for restoring sensory motor function is selected The examination of the results of micro current stimulation methods, which is the most extensive and comprehensive treatment of electroporation, reveals that this approach is the best solution due to its ability to reduce patient injury and discomfort
