چکیده مقاله
The intervention in historical buildings is a complex and evolving phenomenon All aspects of sustainability must be considered The possibility of collapse of these restored buildings may cause significant damage to the economy, social life, environment, and cultural heritage due to inappropriate interventions and decisions Therefore, an integrated approach to managing these historical buildings is required to achieve the necessary level of sustainable restoration The responsibility of transferring cultural heritage to future generations emphasizes the importance of sustainable construction more than ever Therefore, this article aims at the restoration and revitalization of historical buildings and their role in sustainable development In this study, based on the content of statements, criteria in 4 dimensions: economic property value, investment, branding , managerial, social social capital, social security, social cohesion, and social identity , and cultural creative industries, cultural neighborhoods, cultural events have been summarized and introduced as criteria for the sustainable regeneration of historical fabric Also, considering the goals of sustainability and sustainable development, the solutions that lead to an appropriate change of use in historical buildings have been studied in this article
