چکیده مقاله
This study presents a finite element method FEM based approach for modeling temperature distribution in layered composite structures with customizable layer counts Due to its high accuracy in simulating complex thermal behaviors, FEM is especially effective for multilayer systems The model considers variations in layer thickness and thermal conductivity, reflecting the diverse materials that may be used in composite layers Mesh density is tailored for each layer to capture temperature changes precisely Convective boundary conditions are applied to mimic real cooling environments The results highlight how proper design of thermal properties can enhance performance and prevent structural defects during manufacturing This method supports thermal optimization and prolongs the lifespan of composite structures across industries
