Background: Breast cancer BC is the most common cancer in women within the world According to estimate of American Cancer Society approximately 246,660 invasive BC will be diagnosed and 40,890 deaths occurred in 2016 One of aggressive type of BC is Triple Negative Breast cancer TNBC that defined as without estrogen, progesterone receptors, and Human epidermal growth factor HER2 This study was performed to determine the histopathological and clinical characteristics of TNBC patients in hospitals in Tehran Methods: In this cross sectional study was performed in 5 educational and private hospitals in Tehran since 2015 to 2018 This study conducted 100 consecutive TNBC patients that were collected from their medical records The technique that used for determination of mentioned receptors was Immunohistochemistry staining For data analysis was used SPSS 16 with Fisher and Chi square tests P value≤0 05 was considered statistically significant Results: The mean age of patients was 49 7 ±12 2 years 78 81 3% of patients were Invasive Ductal Carcinoma type with negative metastasis There was significant relationship between Family History p=0 001 and Lymphatic Involvement p
