Introduction: Infertility is one of the most important global and current health issues Diagnostic and therapeutic tools with low accuracy and precision, along with significant economic and psychological burden on couples, have increased the need for new tools to improve the efficiency of infertility care In this study, our goal is to determine the role of artificial intelligence AI in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility in females and males Search method: Through a review of international databases and journals including Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Web of Science, Ovid, Iran Medex, SID, BMJ Journals, Cambridge Journals, Nature, Oxford Journals, JSTOR and Elsevier, the keywords artificial intelligence, infertility, machine learning and natural language processing were examined Findings: In women, AI helps diagnose diseases, evaluate and select eggs, improve the success of assisted reproductive technology ART , and increase the efficiency of incubators and surgical robots AI in men has increased the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment prediction, and has enabled personalized treatment by facilitating minimally invasive surgeries and optimizing sperm selection Conclusion: AI has created a major revolution in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility by increasing the accuracy, speed of diagnosis, and personalized treatment Future advances in this area will bring new hope to couples facing infertility Key Words: Artificial intelligence, infertility, machine learning, natural language processing
