چکیده مقاله
This paper presents a case study on the implementation of the COBIT 19 framework in Dona Afarin Fadak Co , a catering industry organization, with a focus on improving enterprise architecture management, process management, and configuration management As IT governance becomes increasingly critical for aligning business strategies with technological infrastructure, the study demonstrates how COBIT 19 can be applied to optimize operational and strategic objectives The methodology involved completing the COBIT 19 Governance System Design Toolkit through questionnaires filled out by IT management, and subsequent data analysis Key governance objectives, including APO03 Enterprise Architecture Management , BAI10 Configuration Management , and DSS01 Operational Process Management , were prioritized The results highlight how these objectives were used to streamline IT processes, enhance system integration, and establish robust governance controls for project management Findings underscore the importance of having a structured IT governance framework in industries outside the traditional technology sphere, like catering, to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and alignment with business goals This case study provides practical insights for organizations in similar sectors and offers recommendations for further research on expanding the role of COBIT 19 in small and medium sized enterprises The implications suggest that IT governance frameworks can drive innovation, productivity, and organizational agility in non technical industries
