چکیده مقاله
The financial crisis is one of the fundamental challenges in business management, with widespread consequences for corporate performance, investors, and the economy This crisis is usually caused by declining profitability, increasing debt, and an inability to manage financial resources, which can ultimately lead to bankruptcy The aim of this study is to examine the impact of financial crises on corporate performance and propose strategies for predicting and managing these crises Additionally, the role of organizational capital, financial management, and a company’s ability to maintain cash flows in reducing financial crisis risk is analyzed Given the extensive impact of financial crises on businesses and the financial system of a country, identifying the factors that trigger financial crises and developing control strategies are of great importance Proper financial crisis management can improve corporate financial stability, enhance investor confidence, and mitigate adverse economic consequences One of the main obstacles in financial decision making for managers is the occurrence of financial crises and their effects on cash flows and market value Companies that fail to properly manage their financial resources face capital reduction, declining shareholder confidence, and, ultimately, financial crises The main issue of this research is to examine financial crisis indicators and forecasting methods using management strategies and artificial intelligence This study employs a descriptive analytical research method The findings indicate that companies with more efficient management and stronger organizational capital have a greater ability to cope with financial crises Moreover, identifying financial crisis indicators such as continuous financial losses, dividend reduction, and declining market value can contribute to better financial forecasting for companies Modern methods based on artificial intelligence and data mining enhance financial crisis prediction accuracy and assist managers in reducing financial risk
