Type 1 Diabetes requires ongoing monitoring and management, which can affect the quality of life of children and their families Telenursing through remote follow ups, education, and caregiver support offers a promising way to improve diabetes management, treatment adherence, and overall quality of life This review highlights current evidence on the effectiveness of telenursing for children with type 1 diabetes Methods: Following PRISMA guidelines, a systematic review was conducted through Scopus, Science Direct, Google Scholar, PubMed, and the Cochrane Central Register of Trials between 2023 and 2025 Keywords included Tele Nursing,Children,Pediatric,Diabetes, Health Related Quality Of Life in English and their Persian equivalents Out of 36 retrieved studies, 15 met the inclusion criteria Original research articles, full text availability Results: Telenursing, through remote follow ups, caregiver education, and personalized support, helps improve self management and treatment adherence in children with type 1 diabetes Digital platforms enhance communication between healthcare teams and families, reducing stress and improving psychosocial well being, parental satisfaction, and overall quality of life Despite these benefits, challenges such as diverse intervention designs, limited technology access, variable patient adherence, and data privacy concerns remain Conclusion :Telenursing can improve the quality of life for children with type 1 diabetes by supporting continuous monitoring, enhancing self management, and reducing diabetes related stress Digital communication and remote education improve coordination between healthcare providers and families, promoting better adherence and psychosocial outcomes Challenges include variable program designs, limited access to technology, inconsistent patient adherence, and data privacy concerns Future research should focus on standardizing protocols, evaluating long term effects, and assessing cost effectiveness to enable wider implementation in pediatric diabetes care
