Clinical medical ethics addresses ethical issues within the scope of clinical practice, defined by four ethical principles: respect for autonomy, beneficence, non maleficence, and justice Alongside professional communication, these principles are applied to maintain and enhance good medical practices To emphasize the educational importance of patient centered communication in healthcare within the realm of clinical ethics, utilizing classical, innovative, and technology based models Methods: A comprehensive and in depth review of sources was conducted, focusing on the latest systematic review articles and randomized controlled trials obtained through searches in databases including Web of Science,etc Discussion: Effective communication in healthcare encompasses patient centeredness through verbal and nonverbal techniques Emerging technologies influenced by the pandemic, such as the use of video conferencing, chatbots, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality in communication, have impacted participant satisfaction and represent transformative innovations in medical education Approaches employed for ethical issues, including the ICE model Ideas, Concerns, Expectations for counseling, the SPIKES protocol for delivering bad news, shared decision making SDM for informed consent, Do Not Resuscitate DNR orders for medical futility, tension reduction tactics for anger management, and a combined approach for disaster scenarios, were all identified as effective through patient centered communication Conclusion: Addressing ethical issues requires the implementation of systematic, technology based, and evidence based approaches that utilize patient centered communication tailored to the specific context This approach should be founded on learner centered health professions education Engagement in patient centered communication education necessitates institutional support, which is enhanced through the development of innovative, simulation based educational strategies However, further outcome based studies are still needed regarding telehealth and artificial intelligence in healthcare
