چکیده مقاله
Optimal material lifecycle management is a key factor in reducing operational costs and enhancing sustainability in chemical industries This study examines strategies for optimizing material lifecycle management with a focus on cost reduction, waste minimization, and process efficiency improvement The main stages of the material lifecycle, including procurement, storage, production, consumption, and disposal, are analyzed, and high cost points and sources of material loss are identified Advanced methods such as digital tracking, data driven decision making, and process optimization models are employed to allocate resources efficiently and reduce unnecessary expenses A case study in a chemical plant demonstrates the effectiveness of these strategies, resulting in a significant reduction in material waste and overall operational costs The findings provide a comprehensive framework for implementing material lifecycle management in chemical industries, contributing to both economic and environmental sustainability
