This study examined a solar dish concentrator that used thermal oil as its working fluid and was equipped with both vacuum conical and spiral cavity receivers The investigation centered on an energy and exergy evaluation, comparing the performance of vacuum and non vacuum conical receivers while also assessing the impact of the vacuum spiral design The system incorporating the vacuum conical receiver demonstrated performance trends that fluctuated with seasonal solar radiation It achieved its highest output in June 2021, with a peak cavity heat gain of roughly 8500 W, an energy efficiency of 73 45%, and a maximum exergy efficiency of 17% corresponding to an exergy gain of 1800 W Consequently, the research underscored the role of such advanced solar technologies in promoting sustainable energy governance and proposed specific policies, including tax incentives and grants, to accelerate innovation and investment in low carbon energy solutions
