Intrudaction: Infertility is associated with several psychological problems Considering the increasing prevalence of infertility and the role of psychological factors, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of behavioral couple therapy on increasing the happiness and marital satisfaction among infertile couples Materials and Methods: The sample included 24 couples who were selected using available sampling method from Motazedi Infertility Center of Kermanshah and were randomly assigned to two groups of experimental 12 couples and control 12 couples Data collection tools were Oxford Happiness Questionnaire and Enrich Marital Satisfaction Scale completed in three stages of pre test, post test, and follow up Data were analyzed by repeated measure of variance analysis and Least Significant Difference LSD using SPSS 16 software Results: The results of the data analysis in the happiness variable showed that the effect of time f=5 87, p=004 and the interactive effect of time and group f=13 48, P
