Osteoporosis is a chronic disorder and there are multiple factors that lead to osteoporosis Aspects of human lifestyle such as physical activity, and day time life have positive effects up on bone health especially bone loss or osteoporosis among older people the aim of this study was to investigate the effects of age on Bone mineral density in active men 135 men were healthy and active adults with an average age of 25 to 70 years with medical records and clinical trials were selected at Milad Hospital in Tehran SPSS software version 26 was used for data analysis Pearson correlation coefficient was used We found that the correlation coefficients between age and femur bone mineral density of active men was significantly decreased with age 25–39, 40–55, 56–70 P≤0 05 Our study reveals that BMD decreases rapidly with age After 50 years old, decreasing amount of BMD speeds up We believe that this study can help medical practitioners make appropriate decisions to help patients cope with reductions in the ability to exercise caused by aging and reductions in BMD due to aging
