In the absence of appropriate vaccines and drugs, one of the strategies to combat COVID 19 is Contact Tracing In communities, people may be infected and undiagnosed and therefore not isolated, so Contact Tracing prevents Close Contact as much as possible and reduces the risk of spreading the disease in the community The neighborhood and family centered plan is designed to combat COVID 19 Early identification of sick people and their isolation and thus reducing contact with healthy people is one of the strategies in this plan Patients show early signs of COVID 19 The continuation of the disease process of them and those around them is done according to the instructions of the neighborhood and the family Contact Tracing detects COVID 19 cases and breaks the transmission chain to other healthy people in the shortest possible time Contact Tracing and Close Contact Prevention Strategy Provides Rapid Test COVID 19 along with other strategies to improve the indicators of fighting this disease
