Background and Objective: Breast cancer BC is the most common cancer in women within the world According to estimate of American Cancer Association, approximately 246,660 invasive BC will diagnose and 40,890 deaths occur in 2017 One of aggressive type of BC is Triple Negative Breast cancer TNBC that defined as without estrogen receptors, progesterone receptors, and Human epidermal growth factor HER2 This study was performed to determine the histopathological and clinical characteristics of TNBC patients in hospitals in Tehran Materials and Methods: This analytic cross sectional study has performed in 5 educational and private hospitals in Tehran since 2019 to 2020 This study conducted 100 consecutive TNBC patients that our data were collected from their medical records in hospitals’ archives such as Immunohistochemistry IHC report, demographic characteristics, and metastatic information Inclusion criteria for this study were patients with primary invasive breast carcinoma with triple negative pathological samples P value ≤ 0 05 was considered statistically significant Findings: The mean age of patients was 49 7 ±12 2 years and the mean age of patients with positive and negative metastasis was 52 06±13 25 and 49 16±12 01 years respectively 78 81 3% of patients were type of Invasive Ductal Carcinoma with negative metastasis There were significant relationship between family history P=0 001 and Lymphatic Involvement P
