The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between gum disease and increased risk of death due to covid 19 The present study is an applied research and in terms of method is also correlation The statistical population of this research is the dental clinic of Gandhi Hospital Hotel in Tehran The size of the population of 15 managers and dentists of this center and the sample size is the same and the sampling method is the same In this study, the required data were collected using a standard 20 item questionnaire In this study, the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts and in order to determine the reliability, Cronbach's alpha method was used, the validity and reliability of which were /78, respectively And /81 Was obtained Then k s test and Pearson correlation test with SPSS software were used The results showed that there was only a significant relationship between periodontitis and increased risk of death due to covid 19
