Due to the vastness of their duties, the sensitivity of public services, and their direct connection with citizens, public organizations are exposed to various natural, economic, social, political, and technological crises more than other institutions Effective crisis management requires selecting and implementing strategies that can maintain organizational performance sustainability while reducing damages The primary objective of this study is to prioritize crisis management strategies in public organizations using the Fuzzy Combined Compromise Solution CoCoSo multi criteria decision making method Methodology: This research is applied in terms of objective and descriptive analytical in terms of method In the first phase, crisis management strategies and their evaluation criteria were extracted through a literature review and interviews with experts Then, using fuzzy logic, expert opinions were quantified, and finally, the ranking of strategies was performed using the Fuzzy CoCoSo method Findings: The results indicated that proactive crisis management, the development of intelligent early warning systems, and crisis knowledge management are respectively the most important crisis management strategies in public organizations Moreover, the organizational resilience criterion was assigned the highest weight in evaluating the strategies Value Added: This research provides a scientific framework for selecting and prioritizing crisis management strategies under conditions of uncertainty and can serve as a basis for decisionmaking by public sector managers
