Fabric design, especially in children's clothing, is one of the most prominent trends in the fashion industry, consistently attracting the attention of designers and parents This descriptive analytical study examines the integration of Pop Art elements with cartoon portraits in children's fabric design to enhance visual appeal for children while evoking nostalgia in parents Pop Art, recognized for its vibrant colors and distinctive visual elements, enriches fabric patterns by merging them with familiar cartoon characters, fostering an emotional connection across generations In this research, graphic design software was used to create textile designs with high precision, which were later evaluated for experimental printing and mass production The findings indicate that integrating artistic heritage into modern textile applications not only enhances design diversity but also strengthens brand identity in children's fashion This study highlights the importance of color and visual storytelling in fabric design, contributing to advancements in both creativity and commercial success Future studies could explore how textile imagery influences children's emotional and cognitive development, fostering creativity while reinforcing cultural identity
