Sustainable and stable economic growth of countries depends on various factors, one of the most important of which is efficient and high return investments This research aims to examine the opportunities and challenges of investment in Iran Given the importance of investment in achieving the goals of the Vision Document and the Resistance Economy, creating the necessary conditions for the development of effective investments is essential The research method of this study is descriptive analytical, and its findings show that in order to increase investment returns and improve the country's production capacity, appropriate economic, legal, and infrastructural conditions must be provided
