Risk perception is one of the important parameters of the decision making process, which can change the rational decision making related to the choice of anything Risk is known to be one of the most important determining factors for understanding consumer behavior Therefore, developing a model to explain customers' perceived risk in the investment services market is essential This research aims to study the role of risk management in investment decisions Investment is always accompanied by a degree of risk Investors consider various factors, including the level of risk, to decide on the allocation of their financial resources Now the question is, how does the level of risk affect investment decisions This research can help to better understand the behavior of investors in the face of risk and provide solutions for optimizing investment decisions It can also be useful for investors, financial managers, and economic policymakers This research was conducted using a descriptive analytical method, and the results show that the level of risk tolerance of individuals and organizations plays a key role in the allocation of capital Risk is an inevitable factor in investing, but its acceptance depends on the investor's characteristics, market conditions, and risk management strategies Awareness of the types of risks and methods of controlling them can lead to better decision making and reduced potential losses
