چکیده مقاله
Artificial Intelligence AI , as one of the most significant technological advancements of the century, has profoundly influenced various domains of international relations A key area of impact is its transformative effect on the capacity of actors in this field This study examines how AI reshapes the capabilities of actors in managing and resolving international conflicts The central research question explores: how AI is altering the capacity of these actors with the hypothesis positing that AI is driving a fundamental shift from human to post human actors AI based machines and systems , thereby influencing international disputes Using a qualitative and descriptive analytical methodology, data was gathered through existing literature, articles, reports Findings indicate that AI introduces novel post human capacities for actors, previously non existent Key impacts include the diminishing role of states, the rising influence of transnational entities, actors competition blocks, and the emergence of intelligent environment for actors This study provides a comprehensive analysis of these transformations, enhancing the understanding of AI’s impact on international conflict resolutions
