چکیده مقاله
A job resume is a perfect arrangement of an applicant's competencies that make them suitable for a vacant position Many job seekers are sending many job applications and are more or less successful with some of them This investigation is undergone with the idea that there might be a strategy or a formula for designing resumes in a way in which they are more successful in persuading recruiters There is a continuous debate among practitioners and professionals about the most crucial part of this document This study aims to declare the features of a winning resume and what items can characterize resumes as excellent For this purpose, several items were extracted considering the main issues in the resume screening process It is concluded that a winning resume is a well written and relevant resume that has three main features, position orientation, result orientation, and keyword orientation
