چکیده مقاله
The aim of this paper is to evaluate the relationship between Decision Support Systems DSS and Supply Chain Management SCM through the review and analysis of the existing theoretical and empirical works, and to contribute to the discuss on the role of DSS in SCM improvement Based on the review of 30 journal articles, three issues are inspected, i to which areas of supply chain management has DSS been commonly applied and how ii How can DSS be applied to supply chain management improvement The review of the literature has shown a growing interest in applying DSS by managers in supply chain management of their business Also new silences such as Agent technologies, Cloud Computing, Big data, Data Warehousing, Data Mining, rule based system Fuzzy and cyber physical systems for developing new kind of DSS packages used
