Let f n g1n=0 be a sequence of positive numbers and 1 p < 1 We consider the space ℓp ofall power series f z =Σ1n=0 f n zn such thatΣ1n=0j f n jpj n jp < 1 We give a necessary andsufficient condition for a polynomial to be cyclic in ℓp and a point to be bounded point evaluation on ℓp
