چکیده مقاله
In this note particular Circulant matrices involving k; h Pell sequence and k; h Pell Lucas sequence areconsidered Some formulas for nth term and sum of the first n terms of k; h Pell and k; h Pell Lucassequences are considered Then eigenvalues and determinants of circulant matrices involving these sequencesare obtained Finally Euclidean norms and some upper and lower bounds for the spectral norms of circulantmatrices involving k; h Pell and k; h Pell Lucas sequences are established
