Water as life sourse , is of factors for growth and development in the human societies A view to history reveals the bases of civilization concerns to water availability,thus, prevention of distraction of this major source is just the base of principle and correct measures for it s application, on the other land, because of climatic characteristics of dry and semi dry lands is shore time rainfall in addition to rainfall scarcity, which cause to destructive floods,so that these flood waters will be out of reach Application and usage of flood has been a customary procedure in the most parts of the world , because of the rainfall scarcity for the crops And it dates back to 3400 BC How to application of floods are different according to the conditions, one of them is the method of flood spreading over the aquifers,which can be concede as one of the best cases of comminuting of native science with new technology In this paper,we are trying to introduce the optimum usage of water source trough observation of the flood spreading in IRAN
