Pipelines facilitate the transportation of gas and oil produced in offshore or deepwater sites; therefore,either buried in or laid on the seabed In case of buried type, the wave induced pore pressure WIPP around pipes is an important criterion for pipeline design WIPP can cause liquefaction around pipes Thispaper aims at presenting a numerical analysis of WIPP around buried pipelines Also wave induced seepage force on buried pipeline is evaluated this simulation The numerical model is verified by comparing with analytical model
