چکیده مقاله
Disaster is a sudden event with widespread financial, life and mental damages, which needs special actions to be prevented, contrast and reconstructed In this situation, every year, road accident kill averagely 24000 people in Iran and make a financial harm of about 3 billion dollars Different Studies, have offered methods of calculating traffic accident costs according to their occurrence types such as death, injury and damage accidents This article proposes a new method for commuting the raw and prone point suburban accident costs to its network costs and to identify the priorities of its optimized safeties other words, by use of the method presented in this article, accident’s prone points will be recognized and sorted according to their importance and priority; consequently, government could be sure that its actions will give the best results
