Background: This study provides a systematic review of the literature investigating the association between noise pollution during early pregnancy and first trimester abortion Materials and Methods: The investigation utilized the keywords 'noise pollution during early pregnancy' and 'first trimester abortion ' Two independent researchers systematically extracted relevant studies from databases including Web of Science, Medline PubMed , Embase, and Scopus, with a cutoff date of July 2024 After removing duplicates, 471 records were identified and screened based on titles, topics, or study populations A systematic review and meta analysis were conducted on 615,838 participants, focusing on first trimester outcomes The PRISMA guidelines were used to conduct the review, employing the JBI critical appraisal checklist Data were extracted in Excel and analyzed using STATA 17 Results: The findings indicate a significant association between noise pollution during early pregnancy and first trimester abortion, with a combined risk ratio of 1 44 95% CI = 1 01 to 2 06 and an I² value of 81 69% Conclusions: This study concludes that women who are exposed to noise pollution during early pregnancy face an elevated risk of first trimester spontaneous abortion This finding underscores the necessity for further research to investigate the implications of noise pollution on early pregnancy outcomes Keywords: Noise Pollution, Early Pregnancy, First Trimester Spontaneous Abortion, Systematic Review, Meta Analysis
