چکیده مقاله
The purpose of writing this article is to examine human rights and human rights obligations more deeply By examining this issue carefully, gaps in human rights mechanisms can be identified This information and categories can be used in the future to promote and even evolve international human rights The starting point for solving any problem is to find and admit the problem As a result, given the breadth of human rights mechanisms at the national, regional, and international levels and the numerous laws in this field, in this article, we have tried to use related categories, to provide an overview, fair and comprehensive view of the performance of Human Rights Institutions at different levels and examine their various layers of activity in the international community The methods used in this research include the descriptive analytical method, library resources, sites, and valid articles In preparing this article, we found that although the protection of human rights has seen tremendous growth in recent decades, there are still gaps in the performance of these institutions to fill and improve solutions such as regular reporting by governments is discussed at the end of the article
