چهارمین کنگره بین المللی توسعه کشاورزی، منابع طبیعی، محیط زیست و گردشگری ایران در تاریخ 23 مرداد 1398 لغایت جمعه، 25 مرداد، 1398 توسط دبيرخانه دائمي-دانشگاه ميعاد و با همكاري دانشگاه شيراز،دانشگاه ياسوج و دانشگاه مازندران در شهر تبریز استان آذربایجان شرقی برگزار می شود.
