چکیده مقاله
Today, wound dressings play a significant role of the medical and pharmaceutical wound management market around the world In addition to the wide range of products already available, chronic wounds are still a challenge to manage and accordingly attract a great deal of interest among the research community This paper deals with a new polymer dressing based on flaxseed mucilage as an herbal substance for effective wound healing is introduced The primary herbal substance used in this wound dressing is flaxseed mucilage In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed novel polymer dressing, texture analysis is done on the proposed polymer wound dressing Results show that the proposed polymer wound dressing addresses economicaladvantages and it is a suitable polymer dressing
