The persistent demand for faster processing elements with lower power consumption has placed increasing pressure on developers of complementary metal oxide semiconductor CMOS technology Quantum Dot Cellular Automata QCA is an emerging technology of significant importance, offering high speed, low power consumption, compact size, and could provide a highly suitable replacement for traditional CMOS technology Full adder, subtractor, multiplier, and divider circuits are among the most important and practical building blocks in digital design A wide range of components is used in the design of these circuits, including XOR, majority, and inverter gates This paper compares various implementations of full adders in QCA technology We will assess these implementations based on three key criteria: cell count, area efficiency, and delay
