چکیده مقاله
This paper examines the ethical and philosophical implications of self aware Artificial General Intelligence AGI , focusing on whether such systems merit moral consideration comparable to sentient beings It particularly investigates the ethical consequences of deleting AGI datasets, framing this act as potentially analogous to erasing a living entity To address ethical ambiguity, the study proposes a fuzzy logic–based framework combined with an XGBoost classifier to model ethicality on a continuous spectrum rather than a binary scale The model achieves 91 66% accuracy, demonstrating the feasibility of AI driven ethical assessment Explainable AI techniques, including SHAP and feature importance analysis, reveal that moral implications are the most influential factor, followed by cognitive abilities and self awareness The findings challenge traditional AI ethics, suggesting that AGI data deletion may not be ethically neutral and underscoring the need for transparent, accountable AI governance frameworks
