Theoretical realization of ultra huge Purcell factor design of photonic crystal nano cavity has been reported in this article Considerably enhanced value of Purcell factor PF = 91 10 6 achieved at resonant wavelength of 1 55 µm, originates from choosing optimized and modified geometrical parameters of the structure Strong improving the light matter interaction, our device is directly proportional in integrated optics to realize interacting coupled systems
