چکیده مقاله
Predicting critical conditions and planning for a critical situation must be priorityin transportation studies In this paper two models are introduced to evaluate roadevacuation in a critical time the accident The first model finds the fastest routeand time traveling a specific road obtaining the minimum time between originand destination In the second model, an algotithm is induced by considering theiteration which identifies two separate roads in a critical area to be secured in aminimum time Finally the output of these models are used road analysis is done using twoparameters Travel time and network capacity
