Complicated equations and the rapid evolutions of industry and commerce at the present time onthe one hand and the situations governing the economic agencies of Iran and competition in thearena of bank and banking involve that the necessary measures be taken and considered in thisdomain On this ground, moving toward making the agencies agile as a new approach in the wayof evolution is considered as vital and necessary Information technology as one of the mostefficient delivered technologies is the key edge to create potentialities for an agile production Thus, in this research we study the relation between developing IT and ICT and the aspects oforganizational agility A case study: Bank e Melli of Iran, Thus, for this purpose three hundredand fourteen 314 are selected from among the staff of Bank e Melli in Mazandaran Province asa sample and the data is collected by means of two questionnaires whose reliability has beenapproved by some professors and its validity is also calculated through Cronbach’s alpha testwhich its rate for the questionnaire of agility was achieved as 0 81 and for the IT questionnairewas achieved as 0 77 and then the collected data was analyzed by means of SPSS software andthe regression and correlation tests Findings of the research indicate that there is a relationbetween developing IT and the organizational agility Thus, it can be expected that parallel todevelopment in Information and Communication Technology ICT , organizational agilityimproves
