چکیده مقاله
Abortion research shows that there is a direct relationship between legality of abortion and a reduction in the death rate of women due to abortion, but with the adoption of the abortion law and licensing in certain fetal and maternal diseases that cause maternal morbidity and development A major breakthrough was in the field of abortion treatment However, there are many cases of unwanted pregnancies that have not been brought to the attention of the legislator for many reasons in the current law, which makes it clear that the various aspects of the case need to be investigated As countries have abolished abortion treatment practices, our legislator needs to provide legal, health, and social protection to many women who are victims of sex crimes with a new approach to abortion
