Housing is one of the main needs of human beings in fulfilling comfort and tranquility In recent years, due to drastic changes in housing prices, especially in Tehran, the estimation of apartment prices has become one of the most attractive topics among citizens The purpose of this study was to investigate how to determine the price of housing based on the parameters of building age, infrastructure, the multiplication of elevators per floor and day of the year The results show that the factor of day of the year, infrastructure and the multiplication of elevators and floors have a direct effect on the price of the apartment and the age of the building has the opposite effect on the price of housing In this study, based on simple linear regression, the effect of each parameter wasinvestigated separately and finally, multivariate regression including day of the year and building age were examined as the two main parameters
