Reaching fresh water in Chabahar city the only oceanic port in Iran has some serious difficulties It would be possible to utilize water desalination system in the Chabahar to provide its demand of water as it is located near the Gulf of Oman According to the area’s urgent need of water and lack of proper power system, in this paper, techno economic analyze of reverse osmosis RO water desalination system in Chabahar city is presented Distributed generations are considered for feeding electrical power of this system HOMER software is used for accurate sizing of equipment and components, which the results are used as an input for financial analysis in COMFAR software Real data are used in this paper in addition
