Background: Diminished ovarian reserve DOR is commonly associated with poor fertility outcomes, and oocyte donation is often considered the only viable option Reports on alterative approaches remain scarce Case Presentation: A 42 year old woman G2P2 with a history of infertility was advised to undergo oocyte donation due to low ovarian reserve AMH: / ng/mL She declined and attended our clinic, where she received Flora lifestyle modification nutrition, stress management, physical activity, sleep hygiene combined with four sessions of auriculotherapy Following the intervention, a dominant 20 mm Graafian follicle was observed in the left ovary, despite persistently low AMH Soon after, her pregnancy test was positive As of September 2, 2025, she is 14 weeks pregnant and in good health Conclusion: This case suggests that lifestyle optimization and auriculotherapy may provide a complementary option for women with DOR, potentially enhancing natural conception
