چکیده مقاله
The aging population presents significant challenges, including balance impairments, anxiety, and diminished quality of life Addressing these issues is crucial for promoting healthy aging among older adults This study explores the combined effects of corrective exercises and neurofeedback as interventions to improve physical and mental health outcomes A systematic review was conducted, focusing on studies published in the last decade that examined the impact of corrective exercises and neurofeedback on older adults Key databases were searched for relevant literature, yielding a comprehensive analysis of existing research findings The findings indicate that corrective exercises significantly enhance balance and reduce fall risk among older adults, with improvements in both static and dynamic stability reported Additionally, neurofeedback has been shown to effectively decrease anxiety levels and improve overall mental health The integration of these two modalities resulted in synergistic benefits, leading to enhanced quality of life, reduced feelings of loneliness, and greater life satisfaction among participants The combination of corrective exercises and neurofeedback offers a promising multifaceted approach to addressing the physical and psychological challenges faced by older adults This integrative strategy not only enhances balance and reduces anxiety but also contributes to improved overall well being Future research should focus on standardizing these interventions and exploring their long term effects to ensure optimal health outcomes for the aging population
