This paper presents a new security architecture for Intelligent Transportation Systems ITS With the increasing use of modern technologies such as the Internet of Things IoT , Artificial Intelligence AI , and Vehicle to Everything V2X communications, the need for a comprehensive and scalable security architecture has become more critical than ever This architecture is designed to enhance security, privacy, and reliability in ITS The paper details the architecture, security layers, communication protocols, and methods for countering cyber threats The proposed architecture is capable of resisting common cyber attacks and improving system performance
