An ergonomic posture refers to observing a position when working and doing different tasks to increase work safety and efficiency and reduce risk factors In fact, ergonomics refers to the proper manner of body posture under various work positions, such as sitting, standing, lifting objects, the way neck, shoulder and waistline are positioned, and the like One of the key subjects in ergonomics is Work related Musculoskeletal Disorders WMSDs , which refer to impairments in bones, muscles, ligaments, joints, tendons, and coronary arteries The inclusion of nursing students in this study can help them become aware of their musculoskeletal health and try to prevent any possible WMSDs
