The background and goal is the advancement of medical knowledge based on research A large part of the researches must be done on humans in order to reach reliable results The general guide to ethics in research involving human subjects in the Islamic Republic of Iran contains the ethical principles and regulations that all researchers who conduct research on human subjects which includes data or bodily materials obtained from humans and all managers Research and ethics committees in the country's research should make it the basis and guide of their performance and do their best to ensure maximum observance of it in their research performance and as much as possible by other researchers Medical ethics is the observance of principles and values in medical decisions that should be involved in every decision related to the health of individuals or society Medical ethics is included in planning, education, providing services and research, and its importance is increasing day by day The main goal of any research should be to improve human health along with respecting their dignity and rights In research on human subjects, the health and safety of the subjects during and after the research has priority over all other matters Any research that is conducted on human subjects, It should be designed and implemented by people who have the necessary and relevant clinical expertise and skills In clinical trials on patients or healthy volunteers, the supervision of a doctor with appropriate skills and knowledge is mandatory The main goal of the upcoming article is to examine medical ethics in health and research Research Methodology; This writing has been done using the descriptive, analytical research method and collecting information using books, articles and websites research findings; The medical community of this sensitive segment of the society, by entering the field of service in various positions, experience various situations that they must pass through these stages using their professional moral values Conclusion; The results of the research confirm that ethical considerations in health, strengthening and capacity building in medical ethics education and the subject of ethics in medical research
