This study examines the critical role of Key Performance Indicators KPIs in enhancing inventory accuracy, supplier reliability, and overallstock control efficiency within airline logistics operations Employing amixed methods approach that integrates quantitative analysis of KPIs withqualitative insights from industry experts, the research identifies keymetrics such as Inventory Turnover Ratio, Stock Accuracy Rate, andSupplier On Time Delivery Rate as pivotal in optimizing stock control Findings reveal that a KPI driven strategy significantly improvesoperational efficiency, reduces inventory holding costs, and enhancessupplier performance A case study of a leading airline demonstratespractical applications of KPI driven stock management, resulting inincreased Inventory Turnover Ratio and improved Warehouse UtilizationRate The study discusses strategic implications for airlines, highlightingthe importance of KPIs in achieving cost savings, operational continuity,and supply chain resilience Limitations are acknowledged, andrecommendations for future research include exploring digitaltransformation's impact on KPI performance and integrating sustainabilitymetrics into stock control practices
